Membership Information and requirements
In order to gain membership to the Metropolitan Detroit Musicians League, membership through the Music Teachers National Association and the Michigan Music Teachers Association are Mandatory.
The purposes of the League are to promote and encourage the understanding, appreciation and study of the art of music, to evaluate the economic and artistic standards of teachers of music and to promote a closer professional fraternity. The Metropolitan Detroit Musicians League has members from parts of Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Counties.
